Sent them a more than a few emails over the last few months. Never a response back. I heard great things about the company, but I am kinda nervous about ordering from them now. Any thoughts?

Forget the emails, call them, last year I bought a new 150 Scooter from them which now has over 2,000 miles on it. I had one warranty issue, the speedometer face cracked. I called them and they sent me one in less than a week. No other major issues.

Forget the emails like gmoney says call them, I got a new scooter 4 weeks ago and only 2 warranty issues a broke ignition switch housing( they sent a new complete kit) the mirror broke because of cold weather and I have had no engine problems so far 300 miles. Answered all my calls and with the issues they were top notch!!!
