Tvnacman, Here is a real good deal, by the 3 for $120.00 bucks and you get extra Diaphgrams plus Fuel Filters with each:) They are good Carbs That is what I am currently running with in my Trike. Most other places want from $60.00 to $80.00 for the EXACT same Carb. Alleyoop www.scootusa.com/386.htm

I'd be very suspicious of that site. I went all the way to paying at checkout and they didn't ask for a dealer number. Also, I found Keihin carbs online cheaper than those "wholesale" items they had. Many vendors and manufacturers put Keihin on the carb when it's not one by altering the letters a little or saying Keihin "styled" on the side. A Keihin is definately a better carb but Alley is correct, unless you're really modding up the good 'ol Sino standard does just fine anymore. Also, there's a good chance you'd just get fleeced on a site like that. Rich

Also what some do is change the lettering in the Name like Kiehin instead of KEIHIN or KEIHEN very suttle changes and fakes you out(HEHE). I have seen them with KIEHIN the I and the E flipped around which is hard to catch if your not paying attention. The ones I got from that site take the Keihin Jets. As a matter of fact those I had to turn out the Air/Fuel mixture only about 1 1/2 turns while my ORGINAL Keihin it had to be out 2 1/2 turns. I did not check but that points to possibly it comes with a bigger pilot jet than my Keihin had in it. Alleyoop

I was looking into buying some wholesale parts from China for a while. I was going to have my wife design a little online store for me and see how it went. Then I ran across an admonition on MonsterGY6 that he would NOT take back electrical parts until he tested them. So I realized what I'd be getting into with John Q. Public and decided to can the idea, I've got enough stress. Anyway, one of the sellers in China was very proud of his Hodna parts. At first I thought it was a typo but I later realized it was an example of just what Alley is talking about. Rich

The "Y" is to connect your Vacuum lines up to. The one is already connected to the Carb Diaphgram Deceleration pump then the BOTTOM of the "Y" connects to your Nipple on the INTAKE Tube and the other part of the "Y" connects to your Fuel Pump or Petcock Vacuum side. Alleyoop

They are great if they are REAL Keihins. The market is flooded with fakes now...hard to tell what you are getting...really have to study the casting and die marks. The fakes are very, very hard to tell from the REAL THING...so just know what you are getting...

cyberbeer65, That is great, thats how they should start up and when cold the idle will come up to around 2000 rpms then as the Enricher(choke) heats up the plunger and needle start to extend to shut off the extra fuel and the idle will start to drop and should come down to where you set it.
