I have a 08 CF Moto echarm 150 EFI with less than 1500 miles. I only ride for fun on weekends, the ECU went out and they are telling me $670 for this one part. I am supposed to be under warrenenty and am fighting with cf moto. does anyone know if the part can be repaired. On the ecu it has a ducati and cf moto part number

If you bought it from a CFMOTO dealer, it should be still under warranty. CFMOTO will only sell parts through their dealers.
If all's in order, I've never known CFMOTO to refuse a warranty claim.
