1 more thing i kno how to derestrict the variator but i also heard that u can cut a wire to ur cdi that kills the rev limiter so it also goes faster...if u can where and what color wire is it..and does this mean i dont have to get an aftermarket cdi when i hook this baby up??

As I said before, others say dont cut the brown wire!! Also I have an MRP air filter on my TGB. Put in an MRP CDI but could never get the scoot to run reliably so took it out and put the old CDI back in. She now runs just fine. I wont blame the MRP CDI but this was my experience. The original CDI has a restricter that will cut the engine off momentarily if I get it maxed out on RPM's. This is a good thing as it prevents you from damaging the engine by over revving. Shuts off at apx. 44 mph.Can run all day at 43!!!
