i help a few of my friends with scooters and i was wondering if anyone can help me find a wiring diagram for a 07 matrex manco. im having probs with the lighting system. he was riding it and all of a sudden he lost all lights in front. taillight works brakes and turn signals all work but now headlights or dashlights. any suggestions any help would greatly be appreciated

Check and see if it is charging the battery. Needs around 14.4 volts at 5000 rpms. There is a lot of trouble with bulbs burning out.

Also check your fuse coming off the battery, they use real cheap fuses and it could of come loose or blown. Alleyoop

bulbs are good and the stator seems to be working properly. battery is new

trace the grounds find the junction with the where all the grounds connect in the harnes

i multimetered the power and grounds everything good there. i was thinking either switch or stator

Well usually the headlights and instrument panel are driven off the Battery, so I do not think it has anything to do with your stator. If you have a Chargeing Gauge on your instrument panel see if its charging.
On my Ice Bear Trike, All my lights work off the battery. I can turn the key on and put on my lights, brakes turn signals etc. Naturally when I put on my Headlights they draw quite a bit. Alleyoop

this matrex has a light switch on right side and high/low on left. all the connectors are hooked up. all the bulbs seem ok. and on this model the lights dont come on until the bike is running

well i figured the problem out. It was the light switch. it was bad put new switch and they worked again. Thanks again for all the help
