I'm thinking of putting a new horn on the scoot because its not loud enough however I have always liked the Dixie horn could someone in theory mount one on a scoot.

Sure they are 12V and your battery is 12v, all you have to do is figure out where to mount the horn(s) and compressor. Check your current horn to see if you can just replace it. Alleyoop

I've figured out were to mount them they would be mounted under the seat box.

The horns need to be open to the air... the compressor would be good in the seat tub...

You will also need a relay on the compressor.
