my key broke off in switch . removed it and had to leave it switched on for the bike to run. now i need to install a toggle switch to cut it all off so my batt. doesnt run down over night . using the engine run / stop switch on handle bar to cut on and off but power still goes to turn sig., etc. help !! where do i interrupt the circuit to kill all power to everything with my toggle switch! my scoot is an 09 motofino 50 qt-10d

Well this is the way most GY6s are wired, yours may be different. The ignition switch doesn't really do much, here's the basic system:
Now in the on position the red wire from the battery and the black wire are connected:
So put your toggle on the red or black if your key is stuck in the on. In the off position you ground the kill and open the power circuit:
So you'll have to turn off the toggle and hit your kill switch to stop the engine. The engine will actually keep running with the switch off until you ground the spark, it's running right off of the stator. Here's a summary:
