Alley, I'm a mid range rider 45-60 tops. I can richen it a bit give it a week then check plug color. I'll never get it running at WOT unless I take it on the interstate.
I watched your video and now I can see why my choke is shot. Next week the new one goes in can't wait.

Speedracer, Yes, I figured your running around those speeds and not up there. You ride like I do just try to stay with the flow of traffic. So just richen it up a little and it will be fine. The Enricher will fix your cold starting now that the temps are getting low. Alleyoop

Well the choke didn't show up today, but I was able to cut out a rectangle under the battery and get at the choke connectors. Took Doc's advice and turned the carb so I could get at the A/F screw and turned it counter clockwise a 1/4 turn. Since it was a rainy day I changed the oil and gear box oil. After the new choke is installed I'll run it a week and then check the color of the plug. If it is too rich I'll go back an 1/8 of a turn and I should be just right.

Speedracer, You got BRO!! Now with the cutout you can get at the carb easy, just have to loosen it to turn it a little on its side to get at the Air/Fuel mixture screw but sure a lot easier. Ride Safe Alleyoop

Well new enricher arrived in the mail today and by looking at it I could see it was not extended like my old one. Installed it and started scooter. Now scooter sat all night and the temp was down to 38 last night so I know the scooter was cold.
Once installed a turn of the key and off it went. Usually 30-45 seconds would go by and the scoot will lose RPM and then stall, but not this time. I let it run for about 4 minutes and no stalling.
Thanks Alley for pointing out what was wrong with my old enricher. Great work!!! Also carb is 1/4 turn richer for the colder weather. Oh, one thing, I had to lower my rpm's by about 300.
