My Roketa 250cc 54B just clocked 2000 trouble free miles. (Knock on Wood)
When I say trouble free I don't consider changing the choke a problem. After the choke change and a A/F adjustment it starts on first try and runs strong. I'm a happy camper.

Speedracer, That is Fantastic!! Good for you, that is how we all want our rides to act and run. My Ice Bear Trike is currently running really good and have logged about 1500 actual miles without anything going wrong whatsoever. It starts right up I let it warm up while I put on my helmet and gloves, check the brake lights, turn signals sit my butt on it get comfy and pull out of the garage check my brakes before going on the street and away I go. Alley, if you didn't notice from my pics that the choke was shot I'd still be scratching my head.
I do the same, start it, do a walk around making sure the lights are working, then enjoy the ride.

2,000 trouble free miles! Impossible, everybody knows Chinese scooters are only good for 1800 miles and then they weld themselves into useless lumps. Why next you'll tell me it runs along at 60 mph easily and gets over 60 mpg. Everyone knows that's only possible with scooters costing three times as much. (I'm only kidding, before the angry replies start)
Pretty soon a whole bunch of us will be members of the ten thousand mile club.

10,000 mile club??? I'd settle for 10 miles if trouble free!!! Damn Gremlins! Then again, it has been a learning experience. Speedracer, that's great for you. Check the belt, valves, change the fluids and put 2K more smiles on her. ;D M/C

M/C you'd settle for 10 miles? What are you riding? It sure sounds like a work in progress.

M/C you'd settle for 10 miles? What are you riding? It sure sounds like a work in progress. Speedracer, ummm, you have to guess cause it's a secret! No cheating and looking at my avatar or signature. HINT: It's a real gremlin magnet. It's definitely a work. Not one I'm going to give up on but it will be "in progress" for a while I think or until I have an epiphany and put 2+2 together. M/C
