my throttle cablekeeps getting stuck and it seems to be due to the cold at night!! i replaced it today and it stuck again tonight !! had to ride twelve miles with it stuck wide open!! thought maybe moisture in the cable froze it stuck, but the one i put on today has bee inside out of the elements!! HELP!!!!!!

Check the cable by the Carb, if the two nuts are loose that hold it to the Carb the cable will rotate and cause it to bind. Also the postion of the cable going back to the throttle is important, the cable bend going back to the throttle should be straight up or pointing to the Left of the carb in other words sort of going around the carb. I found that if I have the cable pointing away from the carb it tends to bind. Alleyoop

Well Alley has it about all covered. One thing I've run into is that little rubber cone can slip down and lodge between the butterfly wheel and cable but I'm sure you would have noticed that.
