My CFMoto QLink Legacy does not run. I replaced fuel filter and engine tried to start, then nothing. Seems to not be getting fuel to engine. Any possibilities for repair?

Cind110, It could also just be your Enricher(CHOKE) not working. When Cold it feeds fuel to start the engine. If your Fuel Pump is pumping gas to the Carb, you can take the Vacuum hose off the Intake and squirt some gas in there put the hose back on and try to start it. If it starts then you know you are not getting gas and you can then check your Enricher.
Take it off and look at it, If you are able to see a spring between the plunger and rubber holder then it is Stuck in the EXTENDED position and you need a new one. If it is RETRACTED then it is NOT your ENRICHER(CHOKE). Then its a Fuel Delivery problem which could be several things. One Jrryan already mentioned your Fuel Pump, you already put in a new Fuel Filter so that is ok. It now points to your carb, You can first see if there is fuel in the Carb Bowl by draining it. The Carbs have a Drain hose at the bottom, some carbs have the drain plug at the end of the hose others have a Screw right next to it and you turn that Counter Clockwise to Drain. If Fuel comes out about 2oz then you know you have gas in the Bowl and it now may be time to take the carb out and clean it. Alleyoop

As for as I know, the Legacy does not have a fuel pump but it does have a vacuum fuel petcock similar to the 50cc and 150cc scoots with the fuel tank mounted higher than the engine. As Dr. JR said, a vacuum leak on the line between the intake manifold and the petcock will stop the flow of gas. How many miles on your bike? Make sure that the fuel filter is not blocked.
Oop has a good point on the fuel enricher not operating which would also cause hard starting.
Is the starter still spinning the engine over OK? A well charged battery is necessary for proper starting. Welcome to the forum. I'm sure we will get you on the road again.

my goodness EM,,can't you see she's an "F"? ...i mean Female...he he he....,i will not ask a lady to touch my spark plugs..LOL...moreso to see if it sparks..lol,,,just teasing.. no,but,,depends on how mechanically inclined you are cindy, if you are not too sure,,better ask another guy to do it for you,cuz you might hurt or electrocute yourself by doing these stuffs if you are not so much of a handywoman,i'm not belittling the womanhood, but better to leave these tasks to the bulls....but you got the best advices from these docs..they've helped in many occassions in the past...when my username was still "T" back in sd.
i can tell that you are not so mechanically inclined (but i'm not taking it against you)because the first thing you did was to replace the filter..which you not suppose to...you can always test the filter if it works by pulling the line from the carburetor side...if gas drips then your filter is good. ..now the petcock is another story,,,you have to suck on the petcock in order to get the gas drippin'...it's just a lot of leg work for a fine lady...but who knows you might be able to do it with success..

Yeah, Luke's right, you can't just tell someone to pull off the enricher and not expect it could be damaged trying to get it back in, it's a pretty delicate instrument.
Not because she's a lady, but because if it is a simple problem, like erfman had, she'll have a real mess to clean up by pursuing the wrong approach.
I doubt it's more than air in the line from changing the fuel filter, so Cindi, get some starting fluid at Walmart, and spray it into the airbox, then start the engine.
With the starting fluid, it comes in a spray can, and it will start stuff by providing a fuel for the engine to burn so that it makes the vaccuum lines function.
Your petcock has a vaccuum line to it, you can suck on it to create a vaccuum and feel the pulsation as the fuel moves through the line. One fuel line goes in the petcock from the tank, then one goes out to the carb, the other line is the vaccuum.
You won't get any fuel in your mouth if you suck the vaccuum line from where it connects to the intake manifold, probably on a T with other vac lines.
