The 63 mm upgrade sounds good, but is there anyone in the States that routinely bores out scooter cases for this? I don`t want just anyone doing the work. What vedor did you use? Thanks.

I would check with Steven at MonsterGY6. He specializes in performance upgrades and parts. One thing his shop does is rebore cases for BBKs. Here is one of his products which, if you click on the image, will take you to the case page:
One good thing Russ is that he's in your neck of the woods (Atlanta) and shipping wouldn't be off the chart. Steven is one of our banner sponsors and a helluva nice guy. I've never did a BBK although I plan to on my 150cc Bashan as my next project. The case compatibility can be a big issue so I'd be sure to check into it before you end up pouring money down a hole.
