I ordered a few bulbs from this site (not a scoot but they do sell them). They are based in Vietnam although they do have some stock in Europe.
I aced my order and paid including for express shipping via courier (in this case the useless chumps at fedex). I then got an email informing me there may / will be a delay in shipping due to them just finishing a 10 day celebration for new years (I guess they have a better union than I do!). I responded suggesting they place a note of this on their site to warn customers prior to ordering and give a better customer experience and asking if customers who paid for expedited shipping would get expedited packing. I got a rather curt reply back (which I put down to the language barrier) telling me they had a warning on their site whilst they were partying but took it down when they restarted.
The goods eventually arrived after fedex did their usual tricks (apparently they managed to attempt to deliver it whilst I was out, I was sat on the deck at the time so the elven invisibility cloak they give the drivers really works), 5 days was pretty good for vietnam - china - alaska - CA - HI, would have been 4 without the lazy driver.
Goods were very well packed and as advertised. No invoice.
Haven't had chance to test them yet.
All in a 4/5, a mark off for using fedex and being gits on email, but the replies were prompt.
If I needed more bulbs and couldn't find them on fleabay I would order again, maybe even some parts but I don't think I would order a scoot from them.
