You talking about the gears behind the Clutch housing to change the ratio for More Top End.
The only ones I have seen are for the CY6 125-150cc engines. I myself have a 150 which has 13/40 gears and I am putting in 16/37 gears.

I can't remember where, but I saw on the web a while back, gears for a 250.
I changed the curve on the 150 I had and the mileage went up considerably.
I'll keep looking around on the web, maybe I'll run into it again.
