I cant seem to find this info anywhere. My scooter was purchased used, So I have no idea what was in there.
It is the Linhai 257cc in a JCL MP-250A

I am thinking someone may have modded the Pilot jet, I looked at it closely with a Magnifying glass and it looks kinda scratched around the orifices.
