Alley there is only this on the side of the bulb D.V. 12V 10W nothing else

You need a wedge LEDs that is at least 10 watts or the LEDs will appear dim. The ones that Alley suggests are 5W which is half the wattage... however measuring LEDs by watts is not very good.
Also you need an inline resistor or the LEDs will flash about 3 times faster than they should. You will get pulled over by a cop...

Puddle, I use the ebay seller "Sixity" and have had several friends use them too for LED bulbs, great prices, shipping, and service. They also have iridium plugs for really good prices too.
