Got the mounts made. The big holes are just there to minimize air restriction from the brackets. Next step is to get the radiator mounts welded into the scoot. Hope to get that done today. Attachments:

Quick update. If you look at the picture you was see that there is no place to mount a decent fan. I don't want to run without one as we do a lot of stop and go riding in town. So this is going to be a 2 radiator set up. I found anouther radiator with a fan that I'm going to mount behind the fuel tank. Its basically only going to be there for the fan and to increase the fluid capacity of the cooling system. I'm hoping to mount it flat against the belly pan and pull air through it. It fits in there but I won't know for shure until I get the motor mount bracket and get the 250 in there and see what kind of clearance I have.

Got the mounts for the motor done! I know they look simple but I spent hours figuring out where I wanted the motor to sit and then getting everything square, straight, and level. I used the original mounts as a starting point because they are about the only thing on the frame that are the same on each side. Attachments:

I have been trying for ever to find a swing arm for the 250. Never had any luck so I decided to make one. My starting point was the old one from the 150. The wheel bearing is the same size and it will make mounting the rear disk break easy. Its to long and the bolt holes where it attaches to the engine are in the wrong place. First I had to cut it down. Attachments:
