I already changed it, or you mean the pick up coil?

I checked again the cdi and i found that:

I didn't saw before because was covered with tape, the previous owner maybe tryied to fix the connector not properly, it was very loosing and it's missing the gasket for be waterproof.
How to fix that?
The damaged pin is the number 6, pink wire, i can't find on Internet what is it, the cdi is a dellorto 8 pin, on Internet there are very few information about it.

Well you found the problem,,,good job !!!! Is the original pin socket still in the plug?,,,if so pull it out and get the correct gauge wire and do a proper splice,,if the socket is missing look around the bike to find an unused plug,,,most bikes have them,,( i.e. Alarms not installed ect ) grab a pin socket from there and you're good to go,,,,

A clean pin from another socket that is not being used can easily be removed and installed in place of the damaged one.

Yes, i found the pin inside, i managed to put the wire inside the pin and lock all together with the pliers, and in the hole i put a piece of rubber with the glue and at the end i wrapped all with a plastic film, now should be safe from the water and the wire should not move anymore.

Quick update :
The pink wire with the broken pin was for the oil pump and was not the main cause of the problem.
The problem was the carburation too lean. I put a bigger main jet on the carburettor and the problem is gone, it because I removed a restriction on the airbox few days before that the problem appeared.

The scooter is a cheap Shenke 150 (nearly identical to a Jonway from what I have gathered) that I got for free. Some days it will start, and some days it won't. When it doesn't start, neither the electrical or kick start will get it going. When it does start, it will sometimes cut out while I am riding it. The drop in power is immediate, not sputtering, which leads me to believe it is the electrical system.

When the scooter does die, it usually will not start again immediately, and tends to be more likely to start the longer I let it sit without trying.

I started by checking the fuel line, just to be sure it was getting gas, and it was. Next, I replaced the spark plug from the stock plug to a NGK plug just to make sure that wasn't the problem. I have also checked the voltages out of the stator, and it seems to be functioning properly. I also tried disconnecting the killswitch from the CDI to ensure that was not causing my problem.

I was just curious if a bad CDI is likely to cause these intermittent issues, or if it probably points to another problem, and if so, what.
