Ok.. this Devil bike is at it again.... I had it running.. it was running pretty ok... Then it started leaking oil a bit (Brand new Engine).. that I got cleared up I hope.. So its been sitting for a bit.. Now When I tried to start it, it starts then dies right away and then forget it.. I cant start it.. it just tries to turn over.. I added some new gas about a gallon and half and some seafoam.. And still nothing.. Not sure how it can go from running to now not starting.. Its an ever ending battle with this scooter.. Im actually trying to sell it now so in order to sell it, I have to get it started again.. Any suggestion on what it can be...
Is there a way to check if the Carb is getting fuel.. The fuel filter seems to be fill.. So not sure what else to check..

Possible vacuum leak?
Is the diaphragm in the fuel petcock leaking fuel into the carb/cylinder?
Hows the air box look? filled with oil?

Lossen your gas cap and see if it stays running, if so the vent gunked up from sitting and you need a new cap. If that doesn't do it get back to me. Rich

Bashan.... Ok. here is my situation.... I took the carb off the scooter.. took it apart, it is clean, float is good.. Ok. from the gas tank to the filter to the petcock gas is flowing freely.. from the petcock to the carb when i took it off the carb and try to start it.. (someone told me to do this.. The gas spits out..).. So I put the carb back on the scooter and hooked everything back up. Then I loosen the gas cap.. tried to start it and it wouldn't turn over.. just revved. Then I tighten the gas cap and it tried to start but just didn't... So Not sure what my next move is.. I have replaced so much stuff on this dam scooter. Im hoping its not the petcock now that I have to replace.. All I know like I said.. It was starting right up and running pretty good.. Then it sat and now I can't get it to start and run..

Run a bit of gas down a vacuum hose into the intake elbow and try and start it... it should putt..putt
If it does this then it is either carb or fuel flow. If it does nothing.. check the spark plug for spark...
It is either fuel or electrical...

I agree with Sprocket, you better pull the plug and make sure you got a spark, that may be why it's doing zilch. If you have spark take the supply hose to the carb and plug it directly onto the filter:
You did say you had good flow from the filter if I remember correctly, don't mess with any of the vacuum lines or anything else, just plug the carb supply right to the filter and you'll bypass the vac valve. You should get gas to the carb bowl that way. Rich
