That one has the Independant suspension, I would check it out real good, and ride it. Noticed it is in a new development so he may need the cash maybe lost his job or whatever but it also may be the trike has problems already. Check underneath on the rear axles the boots and drive may have a problem. Also it has reverse and from others the reverse has the same problems as the first 150 trikes had. The cable stretchs and the gears for forward and or backward will then not mesh properly and the rear will jump and shutter as the gears try to mesh. So be prepared to know how to adjust the reverse cable.
