JM 150 MOD

When I 1st saw this bike on scooterdepot.us I was instantly drawn to it and when I looked at the youtube links showing off actual Honda Ruckus's stretched and modified I was done. Being new to the world of scooters I wanted to come out with this bike......modified. The harsh reality was that all the aftermarket parts were only good for the Ruckus Some worked, most didn't, but the funny flipside was that the JM 150 was already 90% 'MODIFIED". Stock JM 150: 150cc shortcase GY6 motor, disc brakes, lowered seat frame, handlebar clamp, both sets of kickstands and the best part, a wire harness thats ready & set to go with the longcase GY6 motor swap. My biggest issue would be the stretch. Honda Ruckus owners need to buy these things for that basic style and motor swap and this stuff is expensive. I bought my bike brand new for $897 and put around $700 into it through mods and accessories. I think I did pretty good with it. Let me know what you think. THANKS. so this is NOW a longcase? or is this the short? hard to tell by the pics
i would also consider relocating that brake light. gives "them" a reason to hassle you.... looks like its almost hidden by the tire with you on it

Yes, this is a loncase. I'm gonna show pics of where it started out up to now and explain the mods that I had done to the bike so that any that might step in this direction can see what it all looks like, longcase or shortcase.

DJ, I like it a lot! ;D I'm fond of the modded Ruck's and this model. Nice that the clone comes OEM with several of the most desirable alterations, especially the disc brakes. Ever see a twin shock mod? Something in my mind tells me it would be a good idea...?
Have checked out lots of bikes like this on the net thinking how I'd like to do one up... meanwhile I'm still inching along on my E-Ton R4 refurb/re-style/mod project, my 1st scooter.
