so all the parts are on the way except the bolts to mount the rotor to the wheel and the caliper to the swing arm .
has anyone seen them please post a link , or state size ect....

Use stainless allen cap screws.. you won't regret it in a few years when you need to change the pads...

this is getting interesting the rotor will not match the machined holes on the wheel . I can't mount the rotor on the wheel . should I just drill it ?

well I emailed the vender and they claim they sent a front rotor , they have sent me a tracking number for the rotor they are sending .

it was bundled with other parts , I have to figure it out . with the other scooter down with the rebuild this will have to wait till at least the other scooter is running .

well I decided to dig into this , i took it for a quick ride it works . i just have to figure out how to get the headset back together .

almost complete , waiting for a new battery and a mirror mount . the master cylinder has no mirror mount . I had to shim one wheel spacer with washers and shorten the other spacer . Then I needed a longer bolt for the caliper . I used a 2 part putty to repair the plastic studs to screw the headset back together . I sanded the headset down and spray painted it .

Well its done, just have to readjust the calipor slight movement when applying the brake. john
