I have a 2005 TNG verona 150 that starts, will idle, but as soon as you give it any throttle it dies. Not sure if the throttle enrichment is working. Would appreciate any ideas. Thanks

First thing I would do is Clean the Pilot Jet and Passage. It is probably running off the Enricher(CHOKE). Get yourself a Can of Spray Carb Cleaner they come with a nice long thin straw. Take the Jets outs and Clean them and then Using the Long thin Straw Spary into the Pilot Jet Hole and Main Jet Hole. Alleyoop When Spraying into the Pilot Jet Hole Hold the Butterfly open and you will see some TINY holes the middle holes are where the fuel comes out fromthe PILOT JET. When you spray into the Pilot Jet Hole Spray should come out here: When you Spray into the Main Jet Hole Spray should come out by the Needle Guide.

Thanks, I just got a chance to pull and clean the carb. I put it back on and it started right up and seems to be running fine. I may have to make some adjustments once I get it warmed up. Thanks for your detailed help.
