hi all glad i found this spot have sl250-29 sunl pops after warms up and white spark bought it that way 4 600.00 2008 300klm on it nice to ride atleast it was befor shop made it worse

Well I'm glad you found us too Sunlproblems! Now if you can tell me where the hell we're at we can all get out of here. . Is it popping when you close the throttle? If so it could be your air cut valve on the right side of the carb. I moved your post over to clinic 250cc where you can get some tech help; can you guys give our new friend Sunlproblems a hand? If you need anything around the forum let me know.

ok once it warms up it pops and then stalls out i think they may have moved my flot ajustment because the holder was loose on the float so the float moves before the inlet pin does im getting ready to try that now

Check the intake manifold is tight. Popping is usually an air leak. Also check your exhaust manifold. Look for loose or disconnected vacuum lines. Don't take the carburetor apart. It's probably not the problem. Carburetors are always the innocent victims in the "search for trouble" process.

rite carb inacent by stander exhaustvalve to tight loosened up set at .6 alittle sluggish at take off runs great besides that starts rite up :)javascript:add("%20:)") thanks 4 all saport

STILL SLUGISH TAKE OFF CHKED VACUM IF I HOLD THE THROTTLE OPENED IT CATCHES INTERMETENT SO I DONT NO CHANGED CLAMPS STILL DOES IT SOMETIMES HOW DO I TEST AIR CONTROL?

well just back from 10 mimute ride set a/f ajustment 3 turns runs great only hasatated once so we shall see once it cools gonna turn the carb back down tighten it back up go for a few mile ride see what happens
