???Just read or tried to read Pa license and Moped/scooter/motorcycle, drivers license and class M. now completely confused.
Mercer county, location of new home requires inspections and emissions, but part of the law says mfg data regarding specs must be posted where it can be seen by moving steering gear. My data plate is attached to the frame under the bike straight from the factory. Guess that means the beloved Wildfire is illegal in Pa. Of course her Ice Bear, which she planned on never registering and has the plate attached where Pa. wants it , meets requirements. Bet she wants to sell it now.
I haven’t even looked at the 150 that arrived two weeks ago for this information.
Is there a registry to go to and see what Pa. accepts as registered bikes.
Even though I have had a class M issued in Hawaii, transferred to Md. And Va. I guess I have to do it all over.
Tried to ask via phone yesterday but Ms. Snotty needed fired because her answers were more confusing than the Pa. regulations.
good thing,AZ isn't too strict with the scoot licensing...,i bought my scoot in austin tx, i registered it here in az with no issue, not too many requirements needed. unlike in CA.
hey,did you hear about the johnstown massacre? happened in 1978?..where apparently the cults follower drank a glass of juice containing poison whatever. that story was very shocking.,,i thought these things happens only in other depressed countries...it in fact happens everywhere. ....
