Yes I recently bought my mom this scooter from a website, every since we got it two months ago its had nothing but problems, from the title to the tires always goin flat to now no horn and no headlights, and they will not return our emails or calls anymore and we have a 3 year warranty on this thing, the horn will not work unless ur on the throttle, and now the headlight low or high along with the dashlights will not will, the headlights how ever will work if u push the little button to flash ur high beams, turnsignals and brake lights work just no head ot tail lights, what would be wrong and how do i fix this?or should i just find a place that will do the warranty work?

Welcome to Scooter Doc, thenorthcoast1. Attempting to do your own repairs on a scooter that is under warranty may void the warranty. It sounds like a loose connection in the area behind the headlights and in front of the instrument panel. This would involve taking off the plastic fairing and other pieces along with electrical troubleshooting. Apparently you paid extra for the extended warranty and should have some documentation stating what is covered and how to get repairs under the warranty. Not many of us have done extended warranty claims with our Chinese scooters, but if you paid extra and want to maintain a warranty which may end up being useful, make sure you do not void it.

I am not sure if we paid extra or not because their website says warranty included on every scooter, so I am not sure if they inflated the price or not , but it wasnt like buying a car where they tell you its an extra $$$$ for the warranty but I will have her double check the paper work.
