I have seen this video before and I don't remember why but, The scoot rider deserved what he got. I think he was robbing a store or something similar. The cyclist ended up a good samaritan for stopping a crime but, I don't remember the details. I could be wrong.

yea i was gonna say sounds like purse snatchers, it is common from what i hear, but if it was the other way around aim for the biker and brace lol
