2008 roketa with 6000 miles. Filled the gas tank and now it bogs down and backfires--no power. I've checked for vacuum leaks and other obvious problems, but nothing unusual. Before the fill up the scooter was running great. Any thoughts?

maybe bad fuel, drain tank and carb bowl and hope you dont have to rebuild carb.
