thanks everyone for the help, great forum. I finally have something to contribute. I was missing a couple covers under the seat on my roketa, so after searching the net and not finding replacements I came up with a simple solution. They can be made using rubbermaid tote lids, cheap enuff at walmart and not too hard to cut. they are thick as the original plastic. I've cut 2 and drilled holes for the screws and they work great.

Cool idea. I really don't like the way my 250B's underseat storage area is full of cubby-hole spaces. The deep parts are really pointless anyway if you carry anything larger than a pack of playing cards.

good point, I just replaced the missing hatch doors, but a whole new bottom is a better idea, guess I'll get to cutting.

Of course, you'd probably need to pay attention to what happens underneath that storage compartment with the engine, shocks and stuff.

yes not a permanent bottom but a large door so there is easy access.
