i just finished installing a 72cc cylinder,an A9cam but kept stock valve head till i get the non egr valve cover.it also has a performance exhaust, an orange no rev limit cdi and iridiom plug.now for the help it idles at 2100 no mater what i do till it warms up then idles to a stall and when i get to full throttle it acts like it wants to stall. also before the big bore kit it ran at 9500 at 45 now it only does 40 but tachs out at 8000 some help pleas

Did you re-jet your carb or raise the needle? You need more gas especially with the A9 Cam. And why did you put in a cam anyways?
You should also put on a Uni Filter or some Free Flow Filter, and rejet the carb, most like yours start with a #88 main jet.
It is running really LEAN.

am a newbee to scooters i have worked on motorcycles but first scooter mod. and no i havent rejeted yet. i have an 80 on hand woud that work or should i go bigger. as for raising the needle-where is it and how do i adjust it? as for the cam i thought it was needed with the bb valve head that i will install as soon as i get the non egr cover. any help from an experienced scoot wrencher is appreciated

Yes if the current jet that is in there is smaller than an 80 putting the 80 will help.
Here is where the needle is at. Now if it does not have a "C" Clip and 5 slots then you will need tiny washers to raise the needle.
