There is everything loose in my scooter muffler. It is keeping annoying rattling noise all the time. We will try to open it and empty all loosen parts. Then weld it back into a one piece if it is possible.
But if it is not possible to fix it, then where i can buy cheap stock muffler for yy250t scooter? (cfmoto engine)

Not sure about cheap, but any dealer who buys wholesale from Roketa can get it for you. Roketa's dealer pricing is not always much better than retail market value, but they sure are as good as any source for parts covering the widest variety of Chinese scoots. They are always my failsafe back-up plan if my regular (and cheaper) distributors are out of stock on something or don't have the EXACT version of what I need. That Jonway scoot was sold by BMS for a short period, but I don't think they support the model anymore. Roketa.com is where I would start, to identify the part and then inquire with them as to a dealer who is close by. If you have a resale license, you can probably get approved as a parts dealer just by applying on their website, but don't take that to the bank I just remember how simple the process to get signed up was for us when we did it. Good Luck!

Thank you thescootersolution. But there is one problem I'm from Finland and there haven't been dealer for these Chinese scooters for for 2-3 years. So I need to order every spare part from USA or Ebay or from some dealer who will ship it to Finland. That's why I ask for different internet shops and hopefully somebody send it to Finland.

I can't believe that the muffler is final after 3 years and 5500 miles. I guess here we see the Chinece quality.

Ok we got the stock muffler working and it didn't get much louder. We removed all the wool of and all the loosen parts. Pipes and stuff we welded back. Maybe this works 1-2 years longer. Chrome cover did cover up all weldings. So it is almost like a new. But anyway thank you guys for your links. Maybe they are helping to someone else or me later.
