will a vacum fuel tap work[put fuel to carb]if i have no spark plug in?the reason im asking is i am putting a speedfight back together but no plug for it yet and when i turn it over no fuel comes out the carb end of the pipe,but when i suck the vacum pipe fuel comes out the carb end.do i need a plug in for this to work?

Yes you need a plug in it. You are not creating a vacuum at the intake because it is drawing the air in through the plug hole.
