LEE, just replacing an OEM battery with a decent one might do it, but as I see it more battery is always better. If it was me with a trike and maybe a little extra room now would be the right time to mod it to take a real battery! john

Yesterday it was 80 here....I put 117 miles on my yellow Honda. Al I got 1.200 nikes on this oil and it still clean..Should I run it or change it out? I know my Magnum gets really bad at 1000 miles you have to change it

The way you ride it lots of miles, at high speeds and in the heat I would change it every 1000 miles or so. Cheap investment to keep it well lubricated. Alley

John: Yep that's my thought exactly. I'm busy right now though doing a cold weather snow dance for Florida so that Mike can actually understand the plight of the rest of us. However all in all I'm still warmer than Alleyoop so ain't all bad. Hey Al maybe you can get a washing machine box and put two holds in so you can see and then you'll be enclosed in that cold weather. I was going to put a bathroom heater on mine but I only have a 100 foot extension cord and that won't get me to the store. vr, Lee

Prior to Fl I lived in CT, VT, Chicago land, upstate NY so I know cold. Woke up at age 61 and took an opportunity in sunny FL. Not our fault you cold climate clowns haven't woken up yet. Can't wait for the stator to show up so I can brag about riding in December. I may miss Dec. riding since we go to CA + Vegas next week but I will ride in Jan. When I lived in upstate NY if the roads permitted I rode Dec 31 and Jan 1. Now I'll be able to do it and not have to bundle up. ;D ;D

Right on Ger....I too remember the cold....I will say when I was YOUNGER, he he. I loved Alaska in the winter. You know everyone says it is too hot in FL in the summer....It is not as bad as AR and Tx, Why I burnt my arse riding in AR this past summer, one day 115 out and I was riding the Magnum
