Back again fellas. I couldn't get the impact wrench from a friend, so I ended up ordering a nice little Emergency one from Harbor Freight (works great and came with a free flashlight lol..) I got the variator nut off, and pulled everything apart. I know everyone had said that the belt must be worn and the wrong size, and I surely don't know anything about belts.. but it looks like it's in pretty nice shape. I can even read the numbers for the size off as if I just bought it. (By the way, it says KYMCO 23100-KHE7-9000 BANDO) The roller weights look like a sad little bunch though. I tried to take pictures and video to the best of my ability, but when you try and get close up to see the detail where I am trying to show how worn they are, my camera doesn't focus well. They each have some pretty worn spots and are flat on some sides. The pictures do no justice, but the videos are better. So I guess what I am getting to is, should I just purchase new weights and try that.. or should I just buy a new belt incase? I would hate to throw this one away if it isn't the problem. Also.. aside from weighing them.. is there no way to see what size these weights are? I don't have anything to weight them on lol. I don't see anything inscribed on them except something very very teensy - 1MG on 1, 2MG on 2, 3MG on 1, and 4MG on one.. the last one is kind of worn off, it's either a 2MG or 3MG.. Or are there a certain size weights out there for Kymco 250 engines I should just go with? And.. if those weren't enough.. some youtube videos:

Banannafanna, The rollers have flat spots and will hinder your top end. The question was about the belt that it appeared to be to long. The belt looks good in good condition so if you get a new belt you can always keep that one for at least a spare carry it in your scoot just in case something happens when your out riding.
But do this Put the BOSS on the Crankshaft and Put the Belt on and take a picture or a video does not make a difference. The Belt should fit TIGHT onto the BOSS and the belt should be high on the Clutch Pulley. Also when you put it on without the FAN PLATE so we can see if it is to big you can sort of Squeese the midle of the belt a little to see if there is a lot of space between the BOSS and the Belt.
