It's 30 degrees here, but I tested this morning. Feels much better. Tires are low though. I may ride tomorrow

Put air in your tires if they are really low that will also cause vibrations due to a rocking left and right motion. Alleyoop

Ok, tires properly inflated, I need to replace head still. Popping now all the time, even just driving in general. I'll take old head off, switch out valve lifters, etc, get all back together, & reset valves, put exhaust on properly, no more exhaust leaks, then hopefully all will be well.

Does it actually make a POPPING SOUND when excelerating and or at a certain speed that means it is RUNNING RICH.
Did you put in a bigger JET, IF YOU DID that means you have to go DOWN on the JET. Alleyoop

Getting head off, no problem, making sure timing chain is back on exactly like I found, hard. I think I messed that up. I need to check this. How do I re-time this engine gy6 150cc bashan eagle milano.
