I have a Jonway YY250-T and am changing the forks (front shocks). Nowhere can I find the specs for how much fork oil and of what weight fork oil I should use.
Also I can find no manual on this scooter. The Haynes manuals do not list this model, so where do you find a manual on the bike itself? I guess manuals are available on the engine but it doesn't do any good for the frame/chassis/plastics/brakes/etc. The owners manual does not even match the scooter.
Was there ever a service manual written for these? The helix manual is not the same chassis.

The YY250T is a clone of the Honda Reflex scooter. Here is a link to the manual for that scooter and there is information at the end on servicing the front suspension. That scooter does use the CF Moto verticle 244cc engine and the Helix manual would apply for service in that regard. Rich

Back up idea I have read if spec is not there. When you dain the fork measure what comes out then replace the same amount with the new oil. Be sure the seals are good and no leaking if you have to use this method. Just critically measured both forks, the oil out should be the same amount for each side.
