if our members here had to replace their scooters with an EFI model, most of us would be walking. all our high mileage scooter riding would be negated by the epa's bulcrap rules on scooters and the cost per mile be so high it might be cheaper to take a taxi.

yup and the $800 scooter will cost $2000 or more. dont worry, our good buddies in china will find a way to make it super cheap and keep the costs down, they might add an extra pound or two of lead but atleast the costs will remain down. |
