No it should be a little higher on the front so that the oil coming up into the valve cover drains back down the chain hole slot and back into the crankcase. Alleyoop

Pop the valve cover...4 bolts... and check the gasket.. It may be pinched or have a crack.. while you are in there, check your valve gaps
.004INCH intake top valve... .005INCH exhaust bottom valve...then check again at 800 miles

>>>dipstick just flew out
You are kiddin' me...how much oil is in the engine? you need to get the valve cover off and see what is happening...
The engine mount looks fine from your first picture.. that isn't the problem...

That is the VENT HOSE for your Tranny, and the hose is there in case it squirts Tranny oil out it will drain back into the trann just like your Valve Cover Vent hose. Alleyoop

I hope you have gear oil in the gear box...that hose should just hang off the back of the CVT...
90SAE or 70/90 synthetic gear oil is fine...

Check the VALVE COVER VENT NIPPLE make sure it is NOT BLOCKED if that is plugged up it is not venting and it will create a lot of pressure in the crankcase Alleyoop

That is the worst break in possible for a GY6 engine... sounds like your rings have never seated and you have blow by now... These engines need a medium hard break in with lots of speed variations and hot and cold cycles...for about 50 to 100 miles...also only dino oil is recommended until 1000 miles... Should do a 'holding' compression check on a hot engine and see if the pressure drops after about a minute... What type of oil sould i use

750 ml that is about 3/4 of a quart of 10W40 any brand, NOT synthetic or blended...until maybe 500 ++ miles then synthetic is great...
You need to ride the scooter .. it needs a load on it and vary the speed and don't rev higher than about 3/4 throttle until 100 miles...ride it for 30 minutes then let it cool down for an hour and then ride it again...
The hot and cold cycles are important on an aluminum engine...it seats the gaskets and the case halves...
