There are many on here that are much more knowledgable than I, but it seems to me that there are only a couple of things that would cause the engine oil to blow all over everything as you have stated. One thing it could be is the vaccum hose from your intake to the valve cover could be plugged or maybe hooked to the wrong place. The other obvious thing would be considerable blow-by, which would indicate iether unseated rings or bad rings. I hope someone else can jump in here and help you a bit more.

Check your oil level in the sump... if you have too much the engine gets over pressurized and it will blow oil like that.. or a gasket..which isn't good. You should only have 750ml of oil in a 150cc GY6
You will have trouble with anything but an exhaust designed for a 150 also...the engine won't run right. It doesn't have to be a stock exhaust there are good free flow exhausts on the market, but you need a balance between the exhaust and the intake.. loose that and the engine won't run right..

That is the worst break in possible for a GY6 engine... sounds like your rings have never seated and you have blow by now...
These engines need a medium hard break in with lots of speed variations and hot and cold cycles...for about 50 to 100 miles...also only dino oil is recommended until 1000 miles...
Should do a 'holding' compression check on a hot engine and see if the pressure drops after about a minute...

Is that where the oil is coming from? That is the valve cover vent hose and yes it should be attached and NOT blocked off...
BUT...there should only be a bit of milky white oil and water mix coming from there. Perhaps a couple of ounces a MONTH...any more and you are either over pressurized or you have blow by...

Are you sure the gasket is blown having that HOSE off all the oil from the Valve cover NIPPLE will blow out and make it look like the head gasket is blown. Connect that hose and do this DISCONNECT the hose from the other END and put a Fuel Filter on the end of it and TIE IT up HIGH DO NOT KINK the HOSE it has to BE ABLE TO VENT into the AIR to RELIEVE pressure. Then Block the Hose on the Air Filter it came off. Clean it up and check the Oil Level make sure it is not low OR OVERFILLED and see if it runs and see where the oil is coming out of IF it blew the head gasket. Like I said it may just be the OIL that came out of the Valve Cover Breather NIPPLE. Alleyoop

Good so do what I mentioned in the previous post and crank it up and see if oil is leaking from the Valve cover gasket. Alleyoop
