Hey Prairie, I cannot tell you anything about the bikes. But, one thing I know is that Greg at Mainlyscooters is an up-n-up guy. He is all over the forums and is very good with customer service. This alone can make or break a deal in my book. He won't leave you high and dry once you buy the scooter.
Thats my 2cents.
Welcome!

I CONCUR
the other 2 , well ur not gonna get any support after they get your money. heck theres tons of threads , here & other forums, where people didnt even get the right color or scoot.
GREG is a stand up guy, but im biased
also he told me he's going to become a dealer for JONWAY in the next month. i have a Shanghai schecke sr 150 21B she has been great, well a prob here and there, and Shanghai is a plant of theirs. so i dont know if u wanna wait
if u cant buy off a Brick & Mortar store its best to deal with someone who is always on line, helping his customers he does come here, but he's on another forum more but u can catch him either place. And plus he answers e mails & phone calls unlike alot of other drop shippers.
just my $.02
and $799 plus shipping ( he does refund if the shipping cost is lower) is a great deal

Thanks a lot! I did see that he posts on here quite a bit so I am fairly certain that he is a swell guy. I think there is a local dealer by me, but they seem kind of sketchy. Scooterscheaper.com Maybe y'all could take a peak? And they are more expensive than Greg would be. Does he do a PDI? And should I wait till he gets Jonways?

Try checking the BBB and see what rating scooterscheapter has, if any. Hopefully, you can glean a little info on the company. It may be a great company, and being local is really nice. Its good that you're not just jumping at the first place you see. Research always pays off. I believe Greg does a full PDI on all his scoots, but check with him. His link is in the banner above..wait till it rolls around.

I just read where the drop-shippers only mark up the actually scooter by about $50. With that kind of margin, they do not give much service, actually most are horrible.

I totally believe it! I've seen too many horror stories and don't have any intent to author my own.

Just to let you know, we do not perform a PDI on the internet only purchases. They are shipped directly from the warehouse in Dallas. However, we will be right there to help you along with your setup. We are toying with the idea of sending out a "PDI Kit" with each new scooter but have not yet finalized any plans. 1 year warranty on parts (where will you find that?) plus unlimited support via email and phone.

Actually the GTS150 is no longer available. I don't have many scooters listed because I'm working on getting ScootKat.com up and running, which will be the internet scooter sales site.
