If you have ever wondered how to find a dealer that will go to bat for you with the supplier/importer, look no further!
Rapid Jim at Rapid Repair is the best of the best and I would put his service up against any and all comers. I shopped via the BBB, the forums and blogs until I found Jim. He does not have a blemish of any kind on his record. He also has resolved all the difficult problems with my scoot and I am a happy camper.
All of the high volume dealers in California have terrible records when it comes to service after the sale. Of course others are no better in other parts of the country. Rapid repair stands out among dealers as a reputable full service company. Jim can and does get it done and done right. It may cost you a couple bucks extra from Jim but believe me it will be worth it many times over
Rapid repair is in Wisconsin and I live in New Mexico so any dealer I found would need to drop ship to me. A dealer that was interested in my problems was of major importance.
Good luck on buying your new scoot but take a look at Ice Bear and Rapid Repair if you want the best.

A Good dealer doesn't come on 'many scooter forms' that knows that he is out to do a buck..and then leave. Now a fly by night seller, nope you don't see them on most forms, and if you do, id bet a lot of people are looking for them. The honest ones stick around, because there honest and world of mouth is the best advertisement. The fly buy night bull "shifters" only do it for a quick buck because they don't want to invest and more then likely cant get any 'real' dealer to let them have a permit to sell a good product. When your honest, a lot of the time you don't make a dime.. for almost 3 years. You do have to admit how funny some of the scooter YouTube ads are "We sell RVs,ATVs, Speed boats, Single wide homes and scooters....." And they don't sell the fishing pole so as you can smell the fishy . ! Good people like jim need to stay in business or honest buyers are SOL. Just my 10 cent's.
