cool story, although what most people don't realize is the moment they start modding their scooters(new Variator, clutch, clutch bell, racing performance parts etc) the MPG's drop greatly.

Yup! with the price of gas here in my town at $4.05.9 for regular and $4.20.9 for premium, scooters rule!
I read some of the comments left on this article. People are under the misguided information that the oil companies are to blame for the high gasoline prices. Believe me when i say that I am not a lover of the major oil companies here in the States, but the real culprits are the speculators on Wall Street. There lies the reason for the ridiculously high gasoline prices!
