I just read that and left a message. What nonsense. Not even a nod to lower priced scoots? If you are going to spend $6000 on a scooter to save gas, you might as well stay in your car.

LOL not even a Kymco SYM Znen, the guy who wrote the list have no idea what he is talking about, if you look at the last 2 "scooters" in his list are a brand no one in their right mind has heard of and last one is a toy. Also if he knew anything about scooters he would know that the most Economic Vespa is not the 300 GTS, that a touring scooter(most mpg in a Vespa fall in the 50 cc category).
That only goes to show how ignorant are the people out there that write for the "establishment Media outlets" I bet the guy never spent more than an hour on a scooter, because if he did he wouldn't put his foot is his mouth as bad as he did.
