I need to replace the fork seals. Does any one have the part number for them? Also the weight and the amount of the oil to do the service.

Pm Jim(RapidRepair) or give him a call he handles Ice Bear Trikes and if he does not know off hand he will get the information from IB and or the parts for you.

Sad to say the seals for your front forks are not available. If you can get a number off them you could try taking that number to an auto parts store like NAPA or Carquest and have them cross reference them. You could also use a micrometer and measure them then cross reference them. I have done that with both bearing and seals before. Otherwise you are stuck with ordering new forks.

Thank you for the info// Can you tell me the size and length of the drive chain/and what type of grease do they use in the diff housing thanks in advance for the info

The chain is a #428 I belive its 86 links(pins) long if i remember correctly. I got the one with O-Rings, but you can get the one without O-Rings. You will also need a Chain Breaker so you can take links off to make it the right size.

As for the Grease in the Differential I use Full Syn Grease.

Also for leaking Forks have you maybe tried this I found it looking for seals. I am still looking found some seals and they do say for 500 to 250 bikes. I am still looking they should be available just have to hit the right place.


I found a lot of seals so measure them and you might get lucky.
If you do fine the right size post it for the rest of us to know when we have to replace them. This 150 trikes where made from the 250cc two wheelers Honda Clones.
