I got the whole thing set up and took it out or a spin around the block. It felt good no chain noise at all. The next test will be to get it up to 55 and see how it handles I could only get to 35 on my street.
Got to do something about the nose piece it is toooo noisy.

Ger I found a really good seal rubber for that I think I got it at advance auto. Is a windor or door seal and is rubber, tan in color. I use it on glove boxes trunk and on nose section of the trike. Just mount it evenly inside all around the v section and mount it. Is a soft rubber and works well in many places.

Took it out this morning got it up to 55 seemed to run a lot smoother. Would a new chain do that? Noticed the overflow tank empty I guess I'll change the coolant like I should have when I got it.
Now to fix any rattles and maybe paint a few panels. Leave the left side grey and paint the right red.

The chain must be tight and lined up sprokets or yes the will make noise and you fill it more at higher speeds. Great you have that resolved. So your going to be silvert and red???

Ger , it is very nice your doing well . Seems your very active as well . That is what I was hoping for now perhaps a quick video of your trike . Talk to Alley about variator size I showed him one he thought was a great deal , but I did better .
How are you doing Mike6736 , I have not seen Lee much .
