A few years ago a friend totaled 2 brand new big bikes because of 2 ladies that did the exact same thing in less than a year. The second time it was a real young one with little kids in the car and no insurance. He did not push for it but I would have. I would have told the cop if he let her drive away I would sue him. That second time it put my friend out of riding bikes for about a year, he got banged up pretty good and the dumb bitch with the kids drove home with the passenger door on her junk crumpled.
In Il. she would have lost her license and not got it back till all the bills were paid. In Ar. they get a $175 fine and that is cheaper than a years worth of insurance.

I was in a Cycle Gear shop Monday morning. I walked in on the end of a conversation a woman was having with the staff. She was telling them that her husband had died when a women turned left into him. She said she had to come to the store for some closure. I didn't get the whole conversation but she did say he had 196 on his helmet signifying that he had gone that fast on his bike. She looked to be in her late 50's. She made it sound like it was the woman's fault for the accident and that her husband wasn't speeding. I don't know why she told them about the 196.
