how do I get a picture for avatar ??

I put the URL for the attachment of your 250 scooter into the avatar link in your profile and you can see what came up. Get any photo's direct URL and put it in that space and you'll have an avatar. However, the ideal size is 100X100 so it's best to reduce it down on your image service. I changed your size for that attachment pic so you'll need to change it back to 100X100.
