PLEASE HELP
My wing mirror has snapped off at the bracket on the handle bar (weld snapped) Now i have some one to weld it back on thats the easy bit the hard bit is trying to get the covers off on the handle bars. I have removed all of the screw that i can fine but the top and bottom section will just not seperate, it seem that the top is still clicked into the bottom at the corners near the breaks but i can find anymore screw,catches to undo.
It worries me as how the hell would i change my headlight which is part of the casing.
I have e-mailed the maker in china along with the dealer in the UK but getting nothing back

Does your headset look something like this ?, as I recall your model having a front and back section, not top and bottom.
The back section with switches, dash etc. stays in place and the front section is unclipped and hangs free on the wiring.
If you double check for anymore screws, then place a very thin bladed screwdriver in between the front and back sections at the sides they should come apart. Once the sides are pulled gently apart you can get the screwdriver in between the sections at the top edge and gently pop the clips apart there. Once the front is removed there are screws holding the back section to the handlebars.
