I have a Tao Tao 150 ATM scooter. I love riding it to work and back. I been having problems with the idle. If I start it up it will idle but when I start to drive and come to a stop it dies. I been having to keep the RPM about 200-300 to keep it going. I have adjusted the Idle and it still dies. Any suggestions?

You are going to have to adjust the valves. How proficient are you with a wrench?

My husband is great with them. He adjusted the throttle cable and is still having problems.

Tell hubby that the valves on the engine need to be adjusted to a clearance of .004 inch on the intake and .005 inch on the exhaust valve.
