thumper Why not jut use cooler off the drain plug? NCY has a good kit, and there are some knock-offs. scroll down near the bottom www.chinese-parts-canada.com/ncy-motor_125cc-150cc_gy6_performance_Racing_parts.htmlI think the whole oil cooler thing is a load of snit, engines are designed to function in a certian temperature range, and dropping oil temp even 30 dgrees means nothing...maybe in New Mexico, Texas it could be of benefit... If you want more engine life...forget the oil cooler change your oil twice as often...if you think cooling oil you can ride WOT all the time ....these engines won't take that for very long...

The deal with those through the plug coolers is you're cramming the input and output through a tight space:
Also, you have to lose the oil screen and put it into the line. Many of those coolers act like it's a direct bolt on but it's just a cooler with two hoses. Those are the ones that people are always confused about how to hook them up. That's understandable considering there is no way to hook it up. Rich
